Incident Two Summary

The following is all the Pre-OT needs to know about Incident Two to be able to Solo-audit the Level successfully.
As a matter of fact it's better to keep his preconceived ideas of what happened to a minimum. Ron Hubbard first presented these data by having his handwritten notes photo copied and distributed to students of the Level. This apparently to document it was his authentic findings.

The incident took place in The Galactic Federation. This Empire was a very space opera-like society in this part of our Galaxy. It consisted of 76 inhabited planets. These planets are in orbit around the major stars visible from here. The Galactic Federation was founded 95 million years ago. Incident Two took place a little less than 75 million years ago.

At that time the Federation was headed by Xenu. He was about to loose power as he was an elected ruler, elected by a parliament that had become very dissatisfied with how he governed. To hang onto power and to solve overpopulation he staged Incident Two. According to Ron Hubbard the average population of these planets was 178 billion. Some planets had as many as 250 billion in population.

Incident Two was an incident of mass implanting designed to exterminate billions of people on a permanent basis.

Xenu organized to have captured, killed and transported through space billions of people (transported as bodiless Thetans) and be brought to Teegeeack (Planet Earth). Here they were placed on or near the principal volcanoes of the planet. H-Bombs were dropped on these volcanoes. After the explosion the Thetans were scooped up again and brought to two assembly areas. The Thetans were here "assembled" into Clusters. Thetans from the Pacific area were taken in boxes to HAWAII; Thetans from the Atlantic area were taken to LAS PALMAS on The Canary Islands. Xenu made extensive use of renegades to carry out his plan.

Note: Renegades were more or less criminals or any person a secret police force would be able to control with blackmail, payment and promise of leniency for past crimes. Such criminal elements were in great number hired as mercenaries by Xenu to make up an unconstitutional militia used to carry out his evil schemes.

As Xenu was carrying out his crime Loyal Officers declared war on him. Xenu was captured after six years of battle. He was put in an electronic mountain trap where he still is.

The Galactic Federation has since been a cultural and political wasteland.

Note: Loyal Officers were a class of highly trained officers, trained in martial arts and government. Representatives of this class were elected to the Parliament of the Galactic Federation. The name 'loyal' stands for loyal to the people as the Parliament consisted of duly and democratically elected representatives of the people of the 76 planets of the Federation. The Parliament as a government body was senior to the supreme ruler. It had the power to elect and fire (impeach) the supreme ruler.

The entirety of the Implant was 36 days long. Various misleading data by means of circuits, etc. were placed in these Implants. The pictures contain God, the Devil, Angels, space opera, theaters, helicopters, a constant spinning, a spinning dancer, trains and various scenes very much like modern England. You name it, it's in this Implant. The Implants given at the various volcanoes were longer or shorter, but dove-tailed into the same sequence of pictures. Ron Hubbard says he has all of it but that it is needless and even dangerous to run it all. People who feel dizzy have gotten into the spinning part.

The length and brutality of it all was such that this Federation never recovered. The implants are designed to kill anyone (by illness, pneumonia, sleeplessness, etc.) who attempts to solve or penetrate them.

This great danger has been overcome by the technology of Pre-OT III. All 36 days are NEVER run. Only from the explosion at the volcano until 'The Pilot' emerges. The Pilot says he (the BT) is mocking it all up. The Pilot is a figure part of the Implant. This section (Explosion to Pilot) is only a few days long, but since we run the earlier part we can get away with it.
We then go earlier to Incident One to run the Basic on the Chain. Incident One is much, much earlier. Around 4 quadrillion years ago. This is the very first incident that the Thetan has in the MEST Universe. It is an Implant but less violent. It's more like an initiation.

In Incident Two one can risk to FREE-WHEEL through the Implant incidents and die unless it is approached precisely as outlined. The "free-wheel" (auto-running on and on) will deny sleep to a point where one dies. So be careful to only run Incident Two and Incident One exactly as given and do not plow around or fail to complete one Thetan at a time.

About his research experience Ron Hubbard states:

"In December 1967 I knew someone had to take the plunge. I did and emerged very knocked out, but alive. Probably the only one ever to do so in 75,000,000 years. I have ALL the data now, but only that given here is needful.
One's body is a mass of individual Thetans stuck to oneself or to the body.
One has to clean them off by running Incident Two, then Incident One. It is a long job, requiring care, patience and good auditing.
You are running Beings. They respond like any Preclear. Some large, some small.
Thetans believed they were ONE. This is the primary error."
